Cancelling an Order

Once you’ve placed an order if you decide for any reason that you no longer want the item please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will check the progress of your order and if it is still being processed we’ll cancel it immediately. If you change your mind about your order once it has already been processed or dispatched; please see the Returns section below.

Returns

Our mission is Designer Homeware Made Simple and we stand by that, so if for any reason you don’t like what you’ve bought, just let us know within 14 days, and we’ll return your money. Firstly, notify our Customer Service team by sending an email to contact@noxuhome.com with your order reference number as the subject, along with a quick explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product, and any other details you consider important. Our customer service team will then contact you in order to proceed to a return delivery and explain you the correct way of proceeding.

Please be aware that you will be liable for all return delivery costs, we deduct this from your refund amount so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Please see the Refunding your Money section below for further information about refunds.

Damaged Items

If any of the items are damaged, you are unhappy with the quality or we’ve made a mistake then just send us an email to hello@noxuhome.com as soon as possible, ideally with a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you either resulting in a full refund, a repair, or quickly dispatch you a replacement.

Collection Cost

If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. If, however, you simply change your mind or wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return or collection costs.

Refunding Your Money

We will refund the price you paid for the item(s) via the original payment method you used to place the order. The refund will be processed after we have received the unwanted item, it usually takes 5-7 days to show in your account after the refund is processed.
