We currently deliver to the following countries; France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Rep Czech, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania. As soon as we are able to deliver to more countries, we will update this post however, we will also announce new country launches in our newsletter.

How Do I Unsubscribe From Your Newsletters?

Can I Place A Telephone Order?

Unfortunately, we currently only accept online orders.

My Light Has Arrived Without Any Bulbs?

We don’t sell light bulbs separately, however we do indicate on the product pages which bulbs are needed for your product.

I Received The Wrong Product, What Should I Do?

Firstly, we’re sorry you received the wrong product! Please contact us by emailing hello@noxuhome.com with details of your order and what you’ve received and we’ll get it sorted.

The Product I Received Has A Fault, What Should I Do?

We do our best to ensure the quality of all our products so we’re really sorry that there is a problem with your product. We’re more than happy to help though, please send a photo of the fault for our quality control department to hello@noxuhome.com and we’ll get back to you with a resolution.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

How Do I Apply A Discount Coupon?
